Il était une fois un professeur
Qui vivait à deux cents à l'heure
Des aventures avec bonheur
Il a de gros yeux, avec un grand
front
Un cheveu en point d'interrogation
Il a des lunettes, un grand
chapeau
Une drôle de veste, joue du
piano
Dans les théâtres nationaux
Tous ses élèves
L'écoutent et rêvent
Quand il fait l'idiot
Professeur Nimbus, professeur
Nimbus
Faites-nous rêver comme avant
Professeur Nimbus, professeur
Nimbus
Vous qui êtes un grand savant
Professeur Nimbus, professeur
Nimbus
Grâce à votre philosophie
Professeur Nimbus, professeur
Nimbus
La vie devient plus jolie

Who? |
|
Originally based in Hong Kong, RECTOVERSO
is a resource for those learning or teaching French
as a Foreign language (F.L.E).
The contents belongs to the creators, and to those students
or teachers who will enliven the place...
|
|
What? |
|
RECTOVERSO gives us the opportunity
to expand upon the more traditional classroom teaching
methods by incorporating the internet into our French
learning activities. It will be our lab for simulations
and interactions.
For those of you who are learning French, RECTOVERSO
aims to:
assist you in the preparation of both written and oral
material,
provide you with an introduction to searching for information
using selected French language websites, whilst at the
same time allowing you to familiarise yourselves with
the French-speaking world by working with genuine French
documents,
encourage autonomous self-learning outside of the classroom
teaching environment,
facilitate discussions within our community through
the use of the FORUMS. In addition,
RECTOVERSO is also:
a resource centre providing a list of selected website
links and practical information,
a window on the French-speaking world (see à
Lire, à Voir and Liens to radio
and television sites),
a medium through which teachers can share information
and ideas.

|
Background |
|
This site, which is neither commercial
nor institutional in its origins, has been created by
a spontaneous desire to provide an environment for the
free exchange of material and information for French
language teachers and their students.
We must thank Brian Gill (Calgary,
Canada) and François Mangenot (Grenoble, France)
who have a big part in the inspiration for RECTOVERSO.
